I'm now confused and not sure where to post this, but...

My flight(s) described above include a leg on KL 1575 AMS - ATH that I had set an Expert Flyer alert on for the needed 2 seats in Z.

The alert popped, the seats were definitely there... and yet Delta "could not see the availability" to clear the upgrade on that leg.

What did I do wrong?

EDIT: I also put an alert in for some segment combo with the other leg (which is a Delta operated one from MSP) and both alerts popped.
