I flew two SK-flights in the beginning of December and credited them to TK, my boarding pass and reservation correctly reflect this. In the same reservation was also a DY-flight which had the DY frequent flyer number assigned to it. One of the SK-fligths got cancelled and I was rerouted to a non-partner.
None of the SK-flights were credited my TK-account. Trying to do an online-claim resulted in an unspecified error every time.
I contacted TK to do the claim for the flight I was on and also asking for original routing credit for the second flight. I quickly got a reply where I was told that the first flight had been credited to another FFP (nope) and that I was not on the second flight. I was asked to submit a passport copy and ticket which I did. After a few days I got a mail that my case was given to another department. Another two weeks later I get the below mail. Anyone want to bet on my ever receiving my miles? Could this be related to the problem with issuing bonus tickets on Star Alliance?
