I believe LM is particularly known for its liberal attitude on these matters.
SGS, for example, i really don't recall seeing any obvious working girls (and that is definitely not the atmosphere the hotel encourages, despite proximity to Nana and Soi Cowboy). I doubt you'd see that at SR either.
