I renewed my Nexus card last year. I also renewed my driver's license and changed my home address online on the CBP platform.
I was in YYZ bak in December 2018 and decided to drop by the Nexus office there and check the status of my address change on both CBP and CBSA systems. To my surprise the change of address on the Canadian side was not received from CBP and they had to do it manually on their system!!
