But these so called legacy carriers just are not "full service" airlines any more. In some cases, they're worse than established low cost carriers like easyJet (think BA). I reckon that entities like BA will, at some time or another, end up reversing the process. If BoB comes to ZRH flights, I definitely will drop SWISS for my short haul flights. Sure hope Edelweiss keep some semblance of quality to their product.
