Are you trying to use an SWU to go from business to first? If so, note that the flight is F1, which means AA is only willing to sell one full-fare first class seat. This could be because the rest of first class has already sold (regardless if seats are allocated or not), in which case it is unlikely that an SWU to F would clear, or it could be because business is oversold and AA thinks they may need the first class seats to roll people forward, in which case an SWU from business to first has a decent chance of clearing (or you could be op-upd). However, the fact that the flight is I7 means AA is willing to sell at least seven cheap business seats, so I highly doubt business is oversold. If you are trying to use an SWU to go from coach to business, then the fact that the flight is I7 is a good sign that your SWU may well clear.
