I am flying with a colleague on the same flight. He has no status on AA. We both

get him to inherit the benefits of my EXP status ? Agent said that just because

upgrade request show up in his record ? It is not showing up at all...
The flight is currently at J6 and a good chance that it will have some unsold

Asking to add a TCP in the PNR OSI field is a good idea (it's not truly a "link" but it helps if an agent pulls up yours or his) and yes, he should * normally * be able to see under upgrades section of his PNR the word "Requested" regardless if your own has already cleared as your SWU for his segments is different.
