I am delighted to learn that Skypass permits using miles from multiple members of a family account for award redemption.

Family Plan

Members with insufficient miles for award redemption can supplement their miles with the miles of immediate family members.

Up to 5 family members, including the registered member of the account, may redeem awards through Family Plan. All accumulated mileage of the registered member will be used when pooling family mileage.

How exactly is this done? Can it be done online or does it require calling in order to do so?
