I fly this route at least once a year since UA started this route. I only sleep about 3 hours on this flight, 1 hour reading magazines and newspaper and spent about 1/2 hour walk around the main cabin ( 2 fifteen-minute walks). You will get a personal TV in C with four movie channels and three other channels. I am usually able stay awake and enjoy watchng the all movies and programs on PTV during t the rest of flight.
