A lovely property. Very caring staff. In fact, amazing staff. So helpful. Great attention in the buffet restaurant. As a platinum, you get a free, huge buffet breakfast. Delicious with lots of local specialties too, including great hoppers. The chef will almost surely stop by to say hello. The dinner buffet is a great deal at around US$18. Excellent quality.

It is a bit of a trip from the airport (around three hours depending on traffic with the expressway). Take the expressway unless you like lots of time in traffic. The expressway can cut the travel time in almost half. Uber is usually available from the airport, but not always for the return. I used taxigo.lk both ways. Very nice and accommodating.
