As far as benefits are concerned, I haven't heard anything stating that tickets purchased this year will earn miles in SkyTeam ffps (just that 2018 tickets for 2019 travel will).
You don't have to hear anything. I have presented facts to you. Please read them.
CZ decided not to renew the contract on 2019/1/1, but both CZ and Skyteam already announced a seamless update will be made throughout 2019, I am unsure why you don't take their words for granted. How are they going to provide a smooth transition if CZ just stops suddenly? Skyteam is still honoring award tickets issued after January 1, that's in the Q&A, did you not read?
Your speculation makes no sense. How is CZ going to identify passengers who purchased tickets before 2019/1/1 or after at the priority check in line? Send the passengers away once they are at check in? Have you actually purchased a flight after 2019/1/1 and was sent away? Please provide your DPs. I am sure you can find lots of them on Flyertea if it's indeed the situation.
In fact, after the announcement date for the no-renewal (2018/11/15 on Skyteam website), China Southern's website updated the earnings for Delta (as of 2018/11/21). If they are not crediting in 2019, they will list no crediting dates and not just revised earning dates
from 2018/11/21. Delta's website also continues to earn CZ flights (and that's dated from January 1, 2018). They receive money from CZ if passengers credit to DL, so there is no way Delta will not update their site accordingly. If anyone in Skyteam will jump on the gun, it's Delta.
It's not impossible that CZ and Skyteam will announce a d-day (termination date) in 2019, but as of now, nothing has changed.
