I’m new to Accor and was trying to make a points booking for this hotel, 20K pts exactly. I discovered two features of Accor award bookings. 1) Points can’t be used for the lowest priced reservation available. 2) Points bookings go up by 2000 pt increments except when you get to 18K pts, then it jumps to 22K pts.

After the points are gone, it’s bye-bye Accor!
