VLO = Visa Local Offers, available in the Uber app. Similar to Dosh, but "Cashback" earned is actually Uber credit. I believe it can be used for Uber Eats as well. Stacks with Dosh. Alas, I've also found that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. But 4% is good, when it works.
