Value means nothing if you cannot find award availability. USA Eu business class awards can be hard to extremely hard to get. And some ffp's have cash surcharges (Aeroplan, AA using BA flights and others) While many credit cards transfer at 1:1 with hotels it can be different.

thank you, that is helpful, and looks like lowest miles would be using asiana which I would not have thought of if available to use on swiss
