Received email from MH

From 02 to 06 January 2019, Malaysia Airlines has distributed an incorrect DXB-KUL First Class fare in the GDS systems. As a result of this error, our system has been cancelling all respective bookings and flight segments with the following details:
Routing : KUL- DXB – KUL
Bookingclass : A
Fare Basis : AYSRAF
Flight numbers : KUL-DXB MH*4501, MH*4503, MH*4505
DXB-KUL MH*4500, MH*4502, MH*4504
We highly regret being unable to honor abovementioned bookings and any inconvenience caused for our trade partners and passengers.
For abovementioned ticketed bookings, Malaysia Airlines will offer a full refund and waiver of all cancellation & service fees. Agents are advised to proceed with a direct refund through the GDS.
All refunded documents must show the waivercode ‘CW19 KUL-DXB FCL’ as remark.
