Train from Vienna airport to Bruneck, Italy

I will be arriving at Vienna airport at about 9am in a few weeks and would like to pre-book my train ticket to Bruneck-North in Italy. The OBB site will let me book part of it, but not the final leg. Is there a better site that will let me book the whole thing? I tried a couple of other sites, but sometimes got quite different routings and sometimes don't even start at the airport, even if I put that as a starting point. I'm not sure which of these sites are reputable, either.
Should I even bother pre-book or just buy it when I arrive? I know in the UK last minute train tickets are painfully expensive, but have no idea about Austria. The price is currently about 35 euros for a specific train (via Innsbruck) or 97 for flexible, though I can't see on the website just how flexible.
I will have skis and a ski bag with me, if that makes a difference.
