Update: I see that my card expiry date Is now 30 April 2021 (not 2020!, with my membership year ending on March 8, 2019. Fingers crossed that I retain Gold. However, my tier points this year are stuck so far at 560 (although there is a slight chance I'll be flying to London next month). If I am downgraded, however, will I just drop to Silver or rash to Bronze? TIA.
