Wow, thats so sad! What gives? I have stayed quite a few times over the years and thought it was quite decent especially since the refurb.
Why cant Vancouver have a plethora of luxury (or even decent high end/new properties)? Its a real mystery to me but I confess I dont know much about how such things get decided.
