Took about 90minutes to get processed arriving around 8pm on a delayed QF129

The way I read it people just didn't have forward bookings ready in hand and had to search for them while at the desk not that they didn't have them at all. Same way some poeple arrive at security and then start to look for liquids and electronics while holding up the que at the belt or not having ID ready at boarding despite several announcements.
I might have understood wrong of course
