Yikes! Whilst it's good they move the impacted flights to other terminals, one question remains: what happens to pax wanting to access services in the original terminal (i.e. lounge) can they can get at it airside?

Last I checked ATC is a customer facing entity. If you can't get clearance to take off and the flight gets cancelled you can't get more customer facing than that
