They don't open on a daily basis. They open early Sunday morning for 349-355 days in advance. Today, you can book as far out as the evening of 12/27. Tomorrow, you'll still be able to book as far out as the evening of 12/27. Early Sunday morning you'll be able to book as far out as the evening of 1/3/2020.
It's somewhere in the 2a-3a ballpark (US EST) , but it's been 10+ years since I waited up to check the exact minute.
