I called 877-788-2059 and they answered northwest/sprint promotion.I was told to ask for nickel nights 25,000 miles promotion.She asked me where I heard about that-I said on the internet and she gave it to me hopefully.Supposed to be 5000 a month for 5 months.My mother also got it right after me-same day.If you get someone uncooperative try try again.I had no problem,but I am going to call and ask for an email verification-since it seems some people do not get what they are promised----Terri
