My company worked on that property 7 or so years ago, as usual they were doing only what was necessary, GS sucked the life out of that place as did BS, the exterior was horrendous taking from what I hear now are 3 million and counting. The elevators were bandaged for years, I assume they are having to completely replace the entire system not just a new face or panel. What I am hoping is that the new Asian owners will do what is typical of long term owners and that is fix it right. Of course we will never see the limo again !
