Premium Rouge is pretty comparable to mainline narrowbody NA business class in most ways. You'll get a meal - the only real difference is that there's 2 choices of meal typically instead of the mainline usual 4. I don't eat before Rouge flights when up front personally. The hard product is again, similar to narrowbody mainline J in terms of seat, but there's no IFE - instead, they'll let you borrow an iPad with movies, etc.
BVRG typically means you're entitled to one alcoholic beverage if you're in economy. I most often see this when on a Comfort branded economy fare, where a beverage is one of the fare perks. Not sure why it's on your J passes, when you get alcohol included. It's odd, but not anything that should concern you if you're in J.
