I assume you're flying MCO - YYZ - YVR?

MCO-YYZ on Premium Rouge will get you a meal similar to that on YVR - LAX business class. Everything on one tray, with your salad, hot main dish, and a dessert.

Did you use your eUpgrades? Seems like you bought a comfort fare if it is showing the BVRG remark. You get a free alcoholic beverage in Y if you bought a Comfort fare. I've always used it for a San Pellegrino of some sort.
