Taiwanese card (underlying card for the withdrawal) is Visa Infinite. Curve is a MasterCard (obviously).

While I do not have current period statement yet, from online banking and phone talk with the bank support it seems that withdrawal was treated as a normal purchase: no fee charged and apparently miles gonna be credited.
