Incredibly RUDE agent just now who claimed she was a supervisor when I asked to be transferred to one "the website is undergoing maintenance" - yeh right just keep saying the same thing over and over and do it rudely
The "website" is working (well as well as it has since the merger IT IS THIS FUNCTION THAT IS NOT WORKING (rant over)
