More seriously I have taken the precaution of emailing them and telling them I want the free night option. They have acknowledged that this is my choice for when the choice can be made again and I have a case reference number to use if needed.
What email address did you use? I'd like to do the same thing. I dont want to deal with these useless SNAs.
