Multi-year EXP here and I'm flying Transcon in a few days JFK - SFO and I booked economy and just got my Complimentary Upgrade from Economy to Business. Is it possible to now use a SWU - Systemwide Upgrade on top of the complimentary upgrade to move from Business to First? (Thinking the answer is no, but crossing my fingers)

Nope, not possible to do a double upgrade.
