Procedure for extending Amex 2 - 1 ?
Can anyone advise on the procedure for extending the Amex 2-1 and how long it takes ?

Can I ring up to make an award res and simply do it on the phone with BA Res / Cust Services, or does it have to be referred to a higher authority ?
