I had a couple of stays here in 2017 - hardware was really good and I do remember the lounge staff being incredibly helpful and personable (even by 'international standards'). Breakfast typical for a Chinese Hilton. Large spread but the quality of some of the items - particularly bread - was lacking. Best to go for the Asian options.

But overall I had a great stay -- one of the best I've stayed at in Shenzhen in fact.
