Good to hear that the new Executive Lounge is open. I will update my posting on the 2019 Renovations thread.

I dealt with the Assistant Manager Loyalty from KL and found her to be very helpful. I also found this hotel to be extremely busy. Would like to try it again with the new Lounge. I met the Executive Lounge Manager who was based in the Lobby during the renovation and she was very friendly.



Self-check in machines in Lobby. A few staff were available to help at both check in and check out while I was there. Otherwise, as a first timer I might have struggled a bit.
