Hmm your comment made me take a quick look... (now that I have set up a spreadsheet, which was a project over the holidays)
Based on my 2018 activities, it looks like my AQM were achieved through: 70% my money + 30% OPM
But in terms of AQD: 38% paid with my money + 62% OPM. Often, when travelling for work, the bookings are made at much shorter notice.
Still nowhere as cost-efficient as @
HerpaYvr with 9.3 cpm, but with my own money, I managed 12.3 cpm whereas OPM is a dismal 44 cpm.
OK that's enough analyzing...I could go on and on...
Back on topic, I will assume AC cares more about AQD for qualitifications
