Booking a 1-stop Delta flight later in the year
Trip is possibly RDU-ATL-VCE-(cruise)-BCN-ATL-RDU.in late September. Most flights on Delta right now are showing two stops. Can I be pretty confident that the one stop I see now will be available later this year? Or will I get bumped to a two stop flight?

DL195, DL889

I'm also willing to consider connecting through JFK which I believe also has one stops later this year.

I'm doing this through the cruise line so I don't know with 100% certainty that I can book the 1 stop flights. But in my previous experience with them, it's never been a problem.
