I haven’t sat in the SQ F seat, but I would be surprised if the bed was any softer than the J seat (and I never found the J seat to be that hard; slept very well on it). I do think that the fact that you have to sleep at an angle in J is a material difference, but this disadvantage is negated by getting a bulkhead seat.

With bulkhead J I just don’t see a big enough difference. Better food and champagne? For $3k-$4k more? I can buy 10-20 more meals at Eleven Madison Park for that amount, and the experience will be far more enjoyable. Better ground support? I haven’t heard of F support in SIN being particularly distinguished.

Not disagreeing with you, I just don’t know enough about SQ F. Just looking at the seat, I can’t see a huge differende between bulkhead J and SQ F.
