We checked in on new years day and stayed for three nights. The lounge was a zoo, it was like the hunger games every night. Hard to find tables, food would run out within minutes and take 30-40 minutes to re- fill, it would take forever to flag staff down to clear plates from the previous group. Total nightmare. Maybe it's better when the terrace is open but not sure if I would go back again during the holidays.
I second that, happy hour was absolute chaos. I am not sure how so many people had access to the lounge, it was just short of people sitting on the floor. We came in one night and there were no more glasses even let alone food
