They had 1 checked luggage PLUS skis and boots which makes 2 checked bags (3 pieces). In YUL, they only made them pay one (got reimbursed the second one). In YYC, they had to pay 2...
I was puzzled that CS accepted to reimburse them so easily, though they won’t complaint...
