Concur in itself would not "prevent" booking a 014 ticket -so the short answer is yes. However, depending on the setup, it might be a direct booking with AC, in which case the ticket # will be 014 2XXXXX or through a TA where the ticket # will be 014 XXXXXX. For example, AMEX GBT through Concur currently book as 014 3XXXXXX. Either way, it should not impact your ability to upfare/upgrade
