They put me in the shuttle bus with another family and it was free. I’d ask the hotel just in case.

Otherwise taxis should work. Vietnam taxis are strictly by meter - no Bangkok level madness here - and it was approx 210,000 dong ($10) from the hotel to the airport, so I don’t expect it to be majorly different in the other direction.

[edit] forgot to add: there is no Grab on the island. That said, taxis are plentiful and once again, by the meter.
