All I know is they didn't prioritize my IAH-SFO flight in November, causing me to miss my once-daily international flight ;-)

After periodically watching IAH-SFO mid-morning flights over the past 3 months and seeing how often they are delayed to the point of being "connection-busters," I made the decision to never willingly book a flight through SFO ever again. I know weather is not United's fault, but they did choose to set up a big shop there. After my experience and many other horror stories I've heard from close friends and strangers on these boards, SFO is a no-go for me as a connection point.
