Husband and I are flying business class in May SFO/SXM/SFO enroute to Cap Juluca on Anguilla. Outbound our connection in CLT is tight (1hr 4mins); inbound our MIA connection is an ample three hours. We have not used Five-Star service before. We are older, husband in mid-stage Alzheimers, mobile but we don't move quickly. We have no status, so to speak.

Seeking input on using Five-Star service for both connections, especially regarding the tight connection in CLT and passage through immigration in MIA.
