"However, changes and cancellations must be made before your flight's departure time to be eligible for credit toward a future flight (unless you purchased a refundable fare)."
Here's how our no-show policy works.
If you think you'll miss your flight,
let us know before your flight departs in order to receive the value of your ticket as credit to use on a future flight in your My Wallet (subject to change fees,
Saver fares not eligible).
If you purchase a refundable fare there is no change/cancel fee. Change/cancel fees are waived for Gold/75K before departure. If non-refundable, then the residual amount is available before departure.
Typical ambiguity. Feel free to buy a refundable fare and no show. Let us know how that works out.
