Hi, I am new to Avis Preferred Plus status. I am booking a standard SUV in Denver picking up on Thursday March 14th for 8 days. If I reserve a standard SUV and request a ski rack, will this vehicle be ready and waiting for me when I arrive so I can bypass the rental counter? Or will requesting the ski rack mean I need to deal with an agent and wait for it to be installed?
