OTOH, I was recently on a flight where a person in the bulkhead EXIT row was hearing impaired. It was a full flight. The FA who asked the usual exit row questions went to the lead FA and said "Is a hearing impaired person okay in the exit row?" The other FAs reply was "I don't know, but it would be such a hassle now to move people around".... There was no switching of seats.
