Question for the brain trust: I had a refundable fare ( full unrestricted 'F' class ), and was told by two different agents today that if I no showed the flight I would forfeit the value. No refunds, no change to a different flight. The only way to keep the value, even on a full 'F' class fare, was to call and cancel the flight before departure.
