I quizzed the ambassador desk about this today as availability was wide open, but was surprised at their response. Have I missed something? I didn't think hotels could choose to exclude all suites from their upgrade pool? (for reference, the SNA pool for this hotel includes several suites beyond the base category).

Which property is this in Sydney? I've never received an upgrade to a suite at the Sheraton on the Park on numerous stays so I'm not surprised if this is the hotel you're talking about.
