www.skyeurope.com have tix on offer for the particular route for €44.48 one way including taxes. Admittedly their "Vienna" airport is in Bratislava, but they offer a bus from Vienna for another 10 Euros or you can take the train which shouldn't be too expensive (it's only 50 km after all).
