Greedy Question: How amenable is ANZ to SDC/SDS? My return is SYD>AKL>IAH>ORD because SYD>AKL>ORD wasn't at this price point. There is an SKL>ORD direct that fits nicely with my SYD>AKL inbound. Any value in asking? I can make a carry-on work if I have to. It's not the end of the world if I lose 4.5 hours connecting in IAH to domestic F on UA but of course I'd prefer to not.
