Just a quick data point: Cleared into the U.S. at DFW around 5 pm last night and there were no customs inspections happening. Immigration was running as usual, but after bag pickup, it was just hundreds and hundreds of people walking past a single customs inspector who stopped no one and asked no questions. It actually created a pretty long line to recheck bags, since there was no slowdown for customs.
