Looks like using NYC as the POS yields a better price than using MCT as the POS. I suspect there's an inventory issue likely related to the fact that you're flying on two business routes on a Friday. I can't replicate that pricing for those flights. I'm getting a price of $3,921 which is a D fare.

The $3,063 fare is certainly bookable, but will generally entail longer layovers.

FWIW, it can be challenging to obtain I fare availability on DOH-LHR with QR. If you play around in ITA, you'll see what I mean.
